Bring a Buddy Form
Use this form if you would like to visit during
class. We'll have you do activities that will give you a good idea of what
this class is all about! Contact your counselor or Mr. Ely to arrange a
date. Have your teachers, counselor and parent sign it and bring it with
you on your visit. Your high school's career center bus will take you to
and from the career center.

Each student in this class must complete this form so that I can publish
their class work and first name on this website. Students
and parents must complete this form even if you do not grant permission
to publish student work. You may read the Ingham Intermediate School District

Textbook Policy
Each student and parent should read this. Upon student request a book,
if available, may be borrowed for a short time. The book must be returned
at the end of the time. If it is not returned the student and parent are
responsible for the cost of the book. Students will not be allowed to take
books home unless they have completed the signature form and the parent
has signed it.
